We came from Minsk to the city executive committee, went to this branch at the same time to get certificates on the absence of preferential housing loans, issued and paid for the applications, but none of the staff said that the certificates would not be ready immediately, but during the day. As a result, we left for Minsk, since there is no time to wait, as a result, we lost 21p (since we will take a new one in Minsk) and the mood for the whole day
