I have a feeling that there is only one employee who constantly helps customers near the ATM, he has 5 stars.
I took a number, served 20 minutes. It was never my turn.

Very slow cashiers. They should be sent to Minsk for an internship, preferably in the city center. The exchange of two foreign banknotes took 4 minutes. As a result, a queue of 5 people can easily drag on for half an hour.

They do not serve without a mask (but this is rather a plus, although why a mask if the employee is sitting with thick glass). Not all chickens are exchanged. They answered rudely several times. The terminal is old, very pale screen, not contactless! And in general, it would be better to put an information kiosk next to the exchangers (with the possibility of accepting bills)!
