The very convenient location of Belarusbank and the very good and friendly staff of the bank , will culturally explain everything if you don't understand anything , and will help you to make operations on the information kiosk . Many thanks to them for their help

Air conditioning is very helpful in the heat. Polite staff. Minus one point - for the speed of operations (respectively, and waiting), and for the constant queues at the ATM.
