I issued a card to this bank branch (this is the only bank branch closest to my home). Why is there an operation like "pick up a card" (not issue!) it is placed in the same cash register with the card designs. The card was specially issued and ordered online, since the time to collect the card is limited to zero - the bank's opening hours coincide with my opening hours, and you don't work on Sat and Sun either. As a result, do you have to wait more than 40 minutes to pick up the card?? While three cash desks were completely empty and the receptionist only politely explains that there is a queue! Is it not part of your functionality to check passport data and unload cashier 4, minimize the queue? So why are you there to sit out the time? I don't understand how to solve this problem. You withdraw money for making a card in seconds. What can I do to arrange home delivery after 19.00 of an already issued and paid card?
