Electronic queue +, but it would be worth expanding the list of services, sometimes it is not clear what to choose. Long waiting time due to the small number of staff after 5 hours, during working hours it can be faster. There is no water cooler for customers, or I did not notice it.

Today I visited the Belarusbank branch in the city of Osipovichi at 42 Sumchenko St., after sitting in line for 40 minutes I left, because I didn't have time to wait yet. The man with the child waited for more than an hour and also left. The service is disgusting.

In February, we contacted the mortgage and lending department and made phone calls. The attitude leaves much to be desired (I read more reviews, they write: "rudeness, a preconceived opinion of herself as if she were a queen, and you are a serf" - just to the point!). It was so unpleasant to communicate, during the conversation the consultant was distracted by conversations with colleagues, answered reluctantly, asking how much we wanted to arrange, and almost hung up the phone. It is necessary to select the staff more carefully!
