There is no self-service terminal. There are two cash desks in the bank, but they rarely work at the same time. Because of this, there are often queues.

One employee was on shift, quietly, calmly, there are not many people 3 people with me.But the unpleasant thing was that the employee came to my operation, put cash on the card, said "so why didn't we go to the store, there is an information kiosk there", looked at it and went to work with raised eyebrows.
