I have never been able to get proper service. During rush hour, they came up with breaks, as a result of the queue. Once they simply refused to withdraw money from the card, you see, 2500 is a very large amount (it was the day of pension payment). The exchange rate is always the worst. I forgot the PIN code - imagine, you come to the department with your passport, and they tell you: if you want to find out the PIN code, pay! Rough.

Nothing has changed during the entire period of work, although I have written several times. 1. Working hours are from 10 to 18, Saturday and Sunday are closed. - is this the working mode for pensioners?(no offense intended). 2. The ATM is hidden inside and if you don't keep up with their work schedule, then you won't see squirrels...Why hide an ATM inside at all, if such a stupid schedule? 3. How many times have you been there, there are always queues, workers are like sleepy flies, always unhappy -"why did you come". There are never more than two ticket offices open. I managed to come in a couple of times after work, somewhere at 17:45-17:50, I thought they would bite me there, like they were already closing, etc....

Once I had to stand for 45 minutes, out of two working windows in one, one client stood for all these 45 minutes, and the operator with the handset was waiting for unknown things. The office's working hours ended, and the second operator only after the scandal agreed to serve those who stood for more than an hour. Disgusting job!
