Good department and friendly staff. They are well aware of the bank's products: they can advise which deposit or loan is suitable for the client, help them choose a plastic card for specific needs. There is an external information kiosk in the branch with the function of replenishing cash (although it is difficult to replenish the card on weekends, it often overflows) There is also an ATM.

Today I was at the bank, I wanted to buy dollars and waited in line for 50 minutes to make a five-minute operation, before the bank had separate cash desks for the purchase of currency, why don't they exist now? I will write a complaint.
