I've never seen it worse. I wanted to apply for a loan for Belarusian goods, so I waited in line for 1.5 hours. During this time, the "employee", if you can call it that, has registered only one person. I printed papers on the printer for half an hour constantly calling someone. Eventually she ran out of toner. After 1.5 hours of customer service. My nerves broke down and I went to another point, I hope she will be served everywhere in her life by the same employees as her.
