Convenient location, cozy room. There are polite consultants in the hall and those who are sitting on the sidelines (to the side of the ticket offices) are not quite polite. There is a great kiosk on the street, more modern, now you can take it off, put it down, and pay for the necessary service. It works fast.

Rough consultant service. Eternal queues. The bank's employees work slowly, as do their information desks. The information kiosk located on the street, among other things, does not accept Belarusian banknotes ... it just gives them back. The most terrible bank!
