Fortunately, there is a 24-hour service. Working hours are a separate topic. The department is located in a residential area, open until 19 o'clock. Saturday and Sunday are days off. For those working from 9 to 18 in the center and beyond, the chances of getting into this department are close to zero. While on vacation, I gave the documents to the student's card for my son - I can't pick them up for three weeks.

The ATM is open around the clock. At the bank itself, I am not entirely satisfied with the exchange rate (they buy at a lower price than most other banks) and the opening hours, the bank starts working late and closes early. It is almost impossible for people with a normal schedule who work until 6 to get there - this is the main problem.
