Huge queues, constant crowds of people, the cashier goes out to serve the info kiosk leaving the cash register.... The queue to buy currency fell behind, went to the window, and I was simply not served, giving the last $ to a man who had already performed an operation and was already standing at the end of the queue to buy $. By what principle does the cashier choose who to sell the currency to?! I would also like to make a suggestion that there be a separate window for exchange transactions in the first place, so as not to wait until a huge queue pays for fats!!!!

There are always a lot of people, you need a little more cash registers!
