I would like to draw your attention to the situation that happened to me on 03/26/2025.
At 18:29, I took the ticket, there was no flow of people, 4 operators were working, time was passing, I was not called. At that moment, the staff was walking around the hall and discussing the strawberries that the previous customer had left as a sign of gratitude, running around the hall with this package. And about 5 minutes before closing, I was informed that no one could serve me today, come back next time. The next day, on 03/27/2025, I returned to the bank, took a coupon, approached the operator in the hall, explained my situation, and asked, "will they have time to serve me today? Or will they be escorted out a couple of minutes before closing?", to which they replied, "well, I don't know, there's still time, maybe they'll make it." The scoreboard on which the coupons are displayed is located in the corner, which is not very clearly visible, when I was called, I did not immediately get up and did not immediately go to the right window (I did not hear the coupon, plus I am pregnant and cannot run to the right window in a second. While I was walking, my ticket was canceled, and then the operator was outraged why I didn't come up this second after calling my number. The complaint was left in the book of comments and suggestions.
The staff is terrible, the attitude towards people and pregnant women is terrible. AND not just one person, but the whole team.
