Slow service, no electronic queue, stuffy office.
The staff feels like they've just been hired. I asked where to go for certain payments, the girl directed me to one of the halls, took a queue, sat for a good time, then it turned out that it was not necessary to take a queue at all, as a result, I spent 30 minutes in vain.
