There are no complaints about the ATM, everything is OK. The info kiosk is slow.. the bill acceptor works every other time. Returns the bill back and issues an "error". Everything would be fine, but the operation must be repeated from the very beginning "enter the pin code". Not everyone will be pleased to repeat this several times and hear how viciously the queue is gathering behind their backs.
