The bureau works quickly and accurately. Got into an accident in Belarus in a car of the Russian Federation, the culprit is from the Republic of Belarus without insurance. We received a traffic police certificate on the spot, returned to the Russian Federation for repairs. All questions and exchange of documents with the Bureau via Viber.
