C, stability. Queues, slowly, very slowly. Of the 2 cash registers, only 1 is working as usual. Previously, I used to withdraw any amount in euros from an ATM without any problems, but now only 50 euros can be withdrawn at a time. And you're standing there like an idiot, tormenting the ATM with one piece of paper.

I came to the branch at 21.55, I just wanted to put money on the card. I was the LAST one at the branch at exactly 22.00, they didn't even listen to me and said the ticket office was closed. I couldn't top up using an ATM with Apple Pay. Customer orientation is at zero. I went to this department specifically !
