I applied yesterday on 19.09. to the branch in the gallery shopping center. To be honest, I came to the opening and to find out all the points, since the bank's transition to the new system is just terrible. I came to write a complaint! But, to my surprise, the employee of the department (a girl with dark hair and such responsive people, I have not yet met), somehow miraculously dissuaded me from complaining and solved all my questions. There were no queues, the service was fast and courteous. It's nice when a bank operates in a shopping mall and you don't have to go anywhere on purpose.
