A small salon that I visited on recommendation. At first, I was surprised by the large number of baguette samples and the already finished, beautifully shaped works on display. I didn't know where to start, but specialist Tatiana Plavinskaya caught both my mood and the mood of the embroideries that I brought. Good afternoon! I live in Russia and yesterday I received my next completed work, everything is as always at the highest level, starting from the design to the packaging of the finished work. That attention to the customer, respect, patience with remote registration, willingness to answer any question, up to help in eliminating spots at work, this is just aerobatics!!! I ordered a box with my embroidery remotely. We communicated with the designer via WhatsApp. Designer Tatiana Kent offered many interesting options, from which I chose the most suitable one for me. A wonderful workshop! The girl very quickly realized exactly what we needed, suggested samples taking into account the specifics of the work. We asked for it to be done quickly by the right date, and everything was ready in accordance with the agreements.
We were warned about the possible marriage of our chosen frame, everything was photographed, and similar options were offered.

BelBagetMaster is not the first workshop to which I have taken my work.
BUT since I got acquainted with this baguette, I don't want to go anywhere else! Impeccable quality, style, taste, creativity and attitude towards me and my works does not raise any questions!!!
People do their work with soul, respect and love! We have gathered a whole community of like-minded needlewomen and needlewomen, organize various thematic events, weekly broadcasts on YouTube, arrange work remotely!
They always go to a meeting when choosing a design, both in terms of deadlines and in terms of budget.
All the works that were decorated in BelBagetMaster (and rare three-dimensional embroidery, and beads, and crosses are very different) are perfectly decorated, hang and delight both our family and the people to whom these very works were presented!

I did not choose a specific place, I just needed to fulfill my desires qualitatively. On his hands was a 52-year-old painting, taken from the frame and rolled into a roll.
I asked some friends and strangers where I could go. Among the voiced options was this workshop on Mogilevskaya.
Because I urgently needed to put the canvas to work, I called and immediately took it.
I unwound the roll, showed what I had, said what I wanted.
A baguette was chosen, even two, the frame was calculated, an advance was made and I'm waiting for readiness!

I would like to express my gratitude to the BelBagetMaster team, and especially to designer Tatyana Plavinskaya, for their high professionalism, tactful attitude, attentiveness, ability to listen, and most importantly, to hear the client.
I have been fond of embroidery for a long time, and there has always been a question, here I have embroidered, yes, and then what to do with the finished work, because it will turn into a picture only if "framed".
After meeting BelBagetMaster (and it happened 5 years ago), this issue was resolved once and for all.

I only apply to this studio. I don't go to other departments. I really like everything. I like that they help to select, do not rush, if you do not like it, they do not insist on their own, but look for a solution so that you like it. They adhere to the deadlines, and the output turns out to be what you specify. important! - stipulate everything! Even seemingly stupid questions, because there are so many nuances that you can miss something. The peacock in the photo is the first job, they picked up a composite frame for it, when I came, I didn't even think about such options and in fact it turned out better than I planned. And now this is any picture of my household)) The only 2 nuances are the price and the queue. The prices bite, but I think everywhere with normal quality so) they really have an app that helps save on the next purchase. Therefore, be prepared for the fact that 15p per frame will not work)) Queues are, yes, their weakness... But in fact, if a queue is going to be there, it probably means that the place is good. I really sat for an hour last time... I won't say that it was a delight, but it was important to me, so I sat)). And at the same time, if 2 customers are served there at the same time, then there will be a farce... maybe they should think about an online record, like a time stamp?... because no matter how much I did not come, I did not get a consultation for less than 30 minutes) and if there are 2 paintings or more, then at least an hour, with tasteful decorations.
