Hello, 03.09 at 09.05 am, we visited this institution! Two sellers were working, a queue gathered and one of the sellers decided to go to the hall and change the price tags, I asked to calculate, because they had been waiting for 5 minutes, there was a queue, but they answered me, wait, I'll change the price tags, then I'll come up!! So explain to your cashiers that when a queue is going, you need to calculate and release people, and make organizational arrangements either in your free time, or when there is no queue, or before or after the store closes!!!
