Great workshop! I definitely recommend it. The craftsmen are real professionals, my Saeco was repaired promptly and efficiently. They offered a replacement coffee machine for the duration of the repair. We conducted a consultation on car care, talked about some nuances of self-service. There was a problem with our Delonghi coffee machine - it began to brew very bitter coffee (like tar). Whatever grains are poured into it, the output is very bitter and nasty coffee. We asked Belkofegroup for help and told them about our problem. They suggested that it was most likely due to the accumulation of coffee oils and it was necessary to disassemble and thoroughly wash the car (and we had never done this since the purchase for about 4-5 years) and everything would be fine. So we did: the courier arrived on Friday afternoon (special thanks to him: at the very rush hour through all the traffic jams, he came and took our "wretch" for repair) and on Monday we were able to enjoy a wonderful and delicious coffee.

Thanks a lot to the guys from the Belkofegroup service!!! I put the Krups coffee machine into this service for repair in early January 2024. I bought a used car in early September. Everything is fine, the machine made delicious coffee, but there was a problem. When you turn off the coffee machine from the button, she wrote, "Thank you goodbye," and went into a stupor and nothing could be done with her until you forcibly turned off the outlet, and this problem occurred especially when you cook cappuccino. It was very annoying because it was necessary to set the time constantly. But a few months later, or rather at the end of December, another problem appeared. After cooking, the coffee machine periodically began to catch another glitch. After making the drink, something in her was stuck and she just buzzed and also only came to her senses after completely disconnecting from the outlet. And this problem has become more frequent. After that, it was decided to put it into repair! After searching the Internet, I came across this service, besides, it was located closest to me. I called him and told him about these problems. And a week later, I'm already with a working coffee machine! The guys did well to arrange all these problems! A month after the repair, I drink delicious coffee and write a review. The machine is working properly, which I am very pleased with!!!

I gave the DeLonghi Autentica Cappuccino ETAM coffee machine 29.660.SB for repairs. The main problem: when making coffee, the machine did not take milk from the milk jug. The guys came home at a convenient time for me, took the car, left a replacement coffee machine so that we would not be left without our favorite coffee. After 4 days, everything was brought back. The cappuccino machine works like new, it has not been such a thick foam for a long time! Thank you very much for prompt and high-quality repairs!
