The travel agency did not provide us with any service, they took money in the amount of 120 rubles, but they did not provide the service, the manager (Grodno) was not competent, answered the questions - I do not know, we chose the hotel ourselves, came to book, so then we wrote to find out the result ourselves for another 5 days.As a result, the flights were canceled, and the money is not refunded for the tour service that was not provided, the service is indicated on the website for 30p, we were deceived and told 60p

People don't mess with this organization!!!! You will lose both money and nerves!!! Where the inspection bodies look , the director travels to educational institutions and sells (vouchers) for a percentage, having paid , you will run into very big difficulties!!! Damn the day I handed over the money to these charlatans! Choose trusted organizations , do not believe beautiful stories , you will lose money, nerves , and the desire to relax, just like me.
