My favorite bank branch, where you can solve any issues: put cash on the card, replace the card, exchange currency and much more. Friendly staff, comfortable sofas and cool water for customers make the office even more pleasant. Only the sanseverias (plants), which a year or two ago were very decorated in the office, began to clearly need care or transplantation - they look crumpled, battered and hang sadly

The opening hours of the ticket office did not match those indicated on the official website. The bank's specialist in the call center, whom I called before visiting the bank, also did not know about the schedule change, so she advised me to contact this branch. 2 stars only for the apologies, but they will not return any money lost or time on the road. Disgusting. Just a few numbers: I came here at 13:30. I took the number s11. I sat for half an hour and left because I already had to be in another place at 14. I arrived again at 17:30. I took the number s22. I'm standing in line here and I'm thinking: zvezdets... there are 2 specialists working and in 4 hours they served only 11 people, or what? That is, for each client it is almost 45 minutes... I kept a deposit here. But after sitting in such queues three times, I realized that I would not carry money here anymore.

The best bank branch I've visited in a year, and perhaps in my entire life. Loyalty to the customer and his needs are high. I compare it with Alfa (with useless privilege packages) and MTBank (gle customers were always held for dairy cattle). Here, without any marketing tinsel, suddenly, the problem with the installment card was simply solved and the manager managed to find an individual approach, understand that he had a completely solvent client in front of him and ... just solved everything beautifully!
