The price-quality ratio is simply wonderful, a large room (8m2 is indicated on the island) of 15 meters, its own shower / toilet, air conditioning, comfortable bed. At a price lower than most of the housing in Minsk, although 55 km to the MKAD, but on a good highway. There is a BELAZ factory nearby, you can go on an excursion. There is a cafe and a dining room nearby. However, the canteen does not work on weekends, and the cafe does not work in the open.

It's a great place. Clean, fashionable, comfortable. High ceilings - plenty of air. Breakfast is not included in the price, but there is a possibility of a light meal on the ground floor of the hotel. We have stayed more than once and we will come again.
