We booked seats for 5 people by phone two days before arrival. We needed 2 double rooms and 1 single room. We were informed that we have access to one suite for two for 102rubles and three single rooms for 61 rubles. Upon arrival, we were told that the suite was occupied and offered to stay in 5 supposedly single rooms for 61rubles. Although everything indicates that these are double rooms, there is even a double bed. After checking the rooms, we went to the reception and were told that we were taking three rooms instead of five, since we could fit in. We were threatened with security guards, and the fact that it was allegedly forbidden to stay in such a room together. They didn't say where or by whom it was forbidden. All the keys in the housekeeper are in place, there are no people on the floor. In short, the reception is making money. The devils. There is no kettle, the cooler gives out lukewarm water. Some rooms smell of cigarette smoke. We were here on January 5-6, 2025.

We rented a suite from Saturday to Sunday.In principle, the room is not bad. Large living room with sofa, TV, refrigerator, separate toilet, kettle and cups. The bedroom has a large bed. Toilet with bathtub, bede and two sinks, Towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap. But there are also disadvantages for which I took one star: the water was cool (they said it was necessary to drain more, they rarely take lux), a hair dryer (on request), there is no air freshener. the cafe did not work (if they had known earlier, they would have bought at least coffee/tea in the morning). The staff is very polite!!! It's a nice thing to spend the night for 2-3 days!!! P.S. I would add slippers to the room (the bathroom floor is very cold) and a shoe horn.
