I have been taking out apartment insurance in Belgosstrakh for 5 years. This year, for the first time, an insured event occurred. On July 14, 2024, the apartment was flooded. It is very difficult to get through to the company, no one picks up the phone. We were able to get through only 3 days later - on July 17th. They said that the insurance agent could come only a month later on August 16. Today, on August 26, no one has come yet! Phone calls are either not answered or spoken - wait, they will contact you. This is my last insurance in Belgosstrakh. I do not advise anyone to insure themselves in this unreliable and irresponsible organization.

My car was parked in the parking lot near the house. In the evening, a taxi driver damaged it (would there have been cameras at the entrance). Left. In the morning, I found damage to the car and called the traffic police. I came to Belgosstrakh with a certificate. The appraiser took a picture and drew up an act. 2 weeks were waiting for a response from the video company, because if they had not found the culprit, there would have been no payment. Paid out. Enough for the details. 1/4 was paid for the work of the mechanics. That is, I spent my money. So why do I need insurance if my car was in the parking lot intact, but not in the morning, it was not my fault that it was damaged, and I still have to pay for repairs?

The answer killed you: you were taken to the hospital not with Covid, but with pneumonia. 2 days have passed since the CT scan confirmed Covid. That's it.
