It is very difficult to get through to the company, no one picks up the phone. We were able to get through only 3 days later - on July 17th. They said that the insurance agent could come only a month later on August 16. Today, on August 26, no one has come yet! Phone calls are either not answered or spoken - wait, they will contact you. This is my last insurance in Belgosstrakh. I do not advise anyone to insure themselves in this unreliable and irresponsible organization.
