I decided to switch to another insurance company because I can't stand it anymore. As a result of the incident, when my car was damaged, I was counted a measly $25 for damage. This amount includes absolutely unacceptable work: removing and installing the bumper, restoring the paintwork, straightening and a whole bunch of unnecessary manipulations. Such "legislation" and similar calculations are simply perplexing!
As for fixing the bumper, its price in the store is only 70 rubles, but even then they explained to me that they would reimburse only 20% of this amount. This is simply absurd!
As a result, I categorically refuse to deal with Belgosstrakh in the future. This attitude towards customers is unacceptable!

I insured an apartment in Belgosstrakh for the first time and regretted it. My apartment was flooded and what was offered to us. An employee will come in a month and do everything. A month later, they called and said they would be redirected to an independent expert. But they don't know when it will be. We lived without electricity for two weeks, the sockets in the apartment have not been working for a month (thank God that the side where the electric stove and refrigerator suffered the least) . I thought that an expert would come and at least an electrician could be invited. But now everything is being debugged indefinitely. I always insured my apartment with other insurance companies and everything was very fast. I don't know why I fell for it. The neighbors who are under me have already decided everything. And we sit and wait. I'm very upset.
