a wonderful bank, did not have time to make a card that will not pass everywhere due to sanctions, so a couple of days later they already wrote off 2 rubles for service, although the salary card is empty on it now and in fact I now have a blocked piece of plastic, well done, this is not an initial payment, this is a monthly fee, why is it filmed the next day, not a month later, just fantastic also, problem number 1, why are the write-offs not displayed immediately, I'm not too lazy to look in the application while entering 100500 passwords, but the actual information is visible only the next day, for such a card that is not accepted everywhere, and a bunch of different nuances, there should be no monthly fee

I sat in line at the Sovetskaya bank for half an hour, the queue didn't even move, went to another room, and there was lunch, at all employees at once. Waiting again. To send a card statement, you need to lose half a day!! There is no Internet banking at the bank. To view the operations performed on the card through the application, you need to wait several days, because nothing is displayed immediately.

At the moment, I consider it the most reliable and best bank. There is a loan in this bank with a fixed interest rate, which is very important to me. The interest rate of 20%, while in other banks it is floating, depends on the overnight rate and varies from 25 to 35%. The loan was issued in an hour (we got into a good free time, although it was about noon), the conditions are clear and simple. I've been there several times already, and it was always free, no queues and long waits. The staff are as polite and pleasant in communication as possible, they will thoroughly sort out all the difficult moments, answer all questions simply and clearly. I definitely recommend it!

Disgusting attitude towards customers on the part of the bank's management! They can't develop a normal application to work correctly. It is impossible to view the card balance from the app! The account statement is delayed by 3-4 days! Even on the statement it is impossible to see the correct amount! It is impossible to pay utility bills or installments, since you need to update the application, which is not available in the play market /app store, therefore it is impossible to pay for it! I tried to log in and pay via the Internet - I ran into scammers, they wrote off 100 rubles. I am dissatisfied with the bank's security service and the programmers who developed the application!
