I haven't seen such a terrible service for a long time ! It's clearly time for the department head to change jobs! The electronic queue is faulty - the ticket vending machine is not working normally, the manager just came, rebooted and went, and people were standing with a broken machine, and they are standing. There are huge queues at 12.40 pm - there are only two specialists working. Or rather , how they work - they make the appearance of work . Terrible separation, I don't recommend it. Take care of your time and nerves - don't go there)

I don't recommend a bank or a branch to anyone.
I waited in line for a specialist for 75 minutes, as a result, the bank closed, and there were 5 people left in the queue who waited for more than an hour and were left without service. The kiosk issues coupons, but 2 half-dead specialists cannot serve everyone. And, of course, the situation is tense.
There is no service, a crowd of people came to the bank, and the bank said that we don't really need you.
If the bank had not been serving a working organization, it would never have been used.

Disgusting attitude towards customers!!!! On 04/08/2025, having taken the ticket at 18.10, after waiting in line with the child for 50 minutes, the operator refused service, referring to the fact that her working hours were over, while scolding me for several minutes (whereas during that time you could just give the card back). When asked to provide a book of proposals or invite the head of the department, she rudely refused. I consider this attitude to clients outrageous and unacceptable!!!
