I came in at 10 a.m. Not one of the three windows was working. I had to wait for the end of those breaks. There were funny advertisements on two windows about the reasons for their non-work in style: "The cash register is closed forever due to the death of the cashier." As in the photo. After those breaks, one window started working and football began between the ticket office and the traffic police registration department.
