I was looking for three positions from the Professional face care line at the request of a friend. I did not find two of the three in this store, I asked the consultant about the availability in other stores. In response, she informed me that in order to purchase these items, I need the documents of a cosmetologist and I will be able to buy it only at the store on Matusevich (at the same time, the consultant did not check this information anywhere). According to my friend, no documents were needed up to this point. I decided to visit, just in case, the company store in the Metropole (which is next to Nemige Street) before going with transfers to Matusevich. I found the missing items there, I calmly bought everything without the requirements of a cosmetologist's documents, which saved an hour of driving. What it was is still unclear, it seems like the most ordinary remedies, only acids in the composition - why you need to be a doctor to acquire it remains a mystery.

The review concerns rather not only this store in the Stolitsa shopping center, but the entire Belita joint venture network. (Now, before going into the store, I will clarify whether it is Belita or Vitex). Knowing that I use cosmetics from this network and there is a store near the house, they gave me a certificate (it was also purchased in Belit on Yakub Kolas). When they bought, the sellers did not warn and did not pay attention to the fact that in CERTAIN stores they can pay for the goods... Although, as for me, it's quite strange that the discount system works in both Belita and Vitex, and everyone has their own certificates in these networks. Yes, the addresses are written on the certificate, but who reads them, it's logical that if the discount card is valid, then the certificate should be valid. In general, inform the staff that when selling a certificate, it is necessary to show and talk about where it can be purchased. About the discount card... I went to the Stolitsa shopping center to buy my gift.. The prices are higher than in the store where I wanted to buy, and for some reason, when buying a product with a certificate, the DISCOUNT does NOT APPLY. This is the first time I've seen this.. It's complete nonsense that when buying with a certificate, you can't take advantage of a discount discount. The certificate is the same money!!! There is no such thing in any store that the discount does not work... By the way, in Vitex stores, the discount is valid when buying goods according to a certificate. Learn from your competitors, if they are. The mood is ruined.
