I've been using this laundry for a very long time! The staff is attentive to customers, which is a big plus.
But the prices are not reasonable with such equipment.
There are washing machines that do not wring well, you have to scroll through them again and spend your time on it accordingly. There are those who have locks that work very poorly, it's not clear if I'll get the laundry today or if I'll have to wait for the master. There is one from which there are constant rivers in the room, as it flows. Skating rinks are generally a separate topic, 3 duvet covers were clamped with a roller with the ends and 2 saved, + occasionally the linen burns. They work on their word of honor. Drying is 1 worker, the second is a semi-worker.
They introduced innovations: a cooler, shoe covers, and a rule for putting your hair in a ponytail.This is good, but it would be better to replace the equipment.

Unclear attitude of the staff to the work performed. When washing, the white linen turned red, and now things are ruined!! I happened to come to this place because of the circumstances with the washing machine. During the recording, I clarified several times about the white things (there were several of them), how they can be washed. The employee offered to upload the white along with the black, saying they have a wonderful washing machine that does not spoil anything. I was extremely surprised, because usually people separate white and dark. We arrived and loaded it (it was a "self-service" laundry, where the employee set the degrees herself and started the washing). She said that nothing would go wrong and that this was a normal option, as we understood it. As a result, the white things turned gray-blue. 👍🏻
When we reported this, we were told, "What did you want, you had self-service." Thank you. We trusted the professionals. The opinion remains unpleasant. You could have told us that you wouldn't accept white..so that we don't load them into the drum..There weren't many of them. 2 stars because I am grateful for the service provided in the shortest possible time.
