They gave me a 2-in-1 stroller. Well, I can't understand at all what kind of service we paid money for if we got a dirty walking block back. My husband picked me up in the evening, so I didn't pay attention. But I was shocked, how can a dry cleaner not wash off ordinary dirt?! Seriously?! I took it off and put it in the wash on the "fast 30" mode, everything was washed off! At 30 degrees!!! If it wasn't necessary to sell the stroller urgently, I would have returned it back. As it is, I just want people to think again and not contact you.

I came today at 18:20 (according to the working hours, open until 19:00), went to the window, said that it was necessary to clean the down jacket, to which the woman, without answering anything, began to serve the next customer who came to pick up his order and said in an indignant voice that now do not understand how much she would have to place my order,there was a desire to leave already, but I decided to skip this moment. Then she took my down jacket and began to consider, then comments were received that my lining was torn (about 5 cm), and she would have to sew it up for 2 rubles, without asking me anything at all, then she said that there were several lumps of sintepon and after cleaning the down jacket might be in good condition, and maybe No. After these words and the aggressive tone on the part of the employee, I left, because it was no longer possible to listen and hear these outrages.
