I've had a manicure several times. I always got to different masters. And every time the manicure was done perfectly. I come to the conclusion that the staff in the salon is well-chosen. They will always advise you what is best to do. Tea and coffee will be offered. I came from another sadon with the problem of constant detachment. We solved the problem perfectly! Now I'm a regular customer.

I often go to this salon for many services, but I went to a cosmetologist for the first time and regretted it. It feels like I've been badly tricked. I did skin type care, the price tag in the online entry was 120p., they smeared me for 1.5 hours and after leaving the procedure at the administrator, the price tag was 250p.When asked by the administrator what was included in this amount, the administrator said that the cosmetologist should have told, but the cosmetologist did not tell anything. My cleaning even comes out always cheaper than this care. Terrible sediment, unpleasant. I don't recommend it. I will not go to this cosmetologist anymore.

On 24.07, the service of shampooing, styling, and haircuts was provided.
Literally an hour later, my head began to itch and the dermis began to crumble, by the evening the scalp was already bruised.
I called the salon, I was booked on the same day for washing
The master began to convince me that it was not she who had rendered a bad service, but that I was allergic to shampoo, which was also a very delusional idea, and to convince me that I had a psychosomatic disorder (this is the service, psychologists and doctors of your masters)
Washed my hair with another shampoo and wow, apparently, it's an allergy again, and not a master who does not provide his services well.
The director of this institution contacted me and said that he could return 35 rubles for washing his head, thank you, of course, but who is responsible for the torn scalp? Is it your fault that you tore it up?
I do not recommend contacting this salon, the service is at full zero, you are diagnosed, rude and interrupted.
This service was not provided qualitatively, I think, for 105 rubles, it would be possible to wash shampoo from the scalp and treat customers with respect.
By the way, I was informed by phone that the cost will cost about 60 rubles, and at the checkout you will find out that the cost is 105 rubles)

After reading positive reviews, I signed up for a haircut with Artem Pavlenko. However, after visiting the salon, the most unpleasant emotions remained, I encountered such a "service" for the first time. Let me explain why:
firstly, Artyom is absolutely not familiar with such a concept as customer orientation. Artyom, this is a set of actions of the company aimed at studying the desires of the client and meeting his needs.! This "specialist", on the contrary, REFUSED to cut what I wanted, but insisted on that haircut, I quote, "which I see on you!"
secondly, Artyom is not familiar with such a concept as tact (in response to the guest's desire for a specific haircut, this "specialist" sounded: "I will not cut what it is, because it is (attention!) hairstyles of the old pattern, from the time of my mother!", "at your age, such haircuts are not done,"
and, thirdly, absolutely does not know how to talk to people. Artyom was talking in raised tones, familiarly, not listening and interrupting the interlocutor!

The best impressions were left after visiting this beauty studio!
I liked the way we were greeted. We arrived a lot in advance, I thought we would have to wait outside, since there were 20 minutes left before the opening, but it was already open. We were offered delicious coffee.
The interior is very stylish and beautiful.
