Terrible service. I ordered a door handle. You need to pick it up from the warehouse at Promyshlennaya (it works from 13.30 to 16.00), different opening hours are indicated everywhere on the sites, why are you misinforming customers? What kind of attitude is this towards customers in general? You can pick it up at the "salon", but delivery costs the same as the pen itself (30 bel rub). Of course it's terrible, you guys need to change something. Everything seems to be going from the head..
