The store is like a store.
There is a department of finished products. Of course, everything is not always good, but nevertheless. Fruits, vegetables, greens - there is enough assortment.
Not a budget one, of course, but also not very cheap prices.
The parking lot is large.
Inside there is a pharmacy, a flower shop, a coffee shop at the entrance. Two entrances /exits, which is very convenient, directly into the courtyard and onto the parking lot from the side of the roadway.

Not a store, but a disappointment. To weigh and punch the goods, you sometimes have to stand for 10 minutes until someone deigns to come up and do their job. Cashiers are generally a different story. I came to the checkout with an item that was taken next to the finished product and it needs to be weighed. The cashier tells me that I won't punch it for you, because it hasn't been weighed. He punches the remaining product for me and after payment he already asks "will you go to punch?". Why should I go weigh the goods that have already been posted?! If it's in your window, it should be weighed a priori, it's not me who should go weigh it, because it's not my problem.

Why does this store need self-service cash registers if there is no cashier who will help with an error with an incorrect weight or age confirmation.
There is only one cashier at regular cash desks. The queue gathers up to the department with hygiene products.
The department with finished products (cooking) is always empty. There is food - there is no employee who can serve. Waiting 10 to 15 minutes until someone sees that you are standing is within the normal range for this store.

The store near the house is perhaps one of the biggest advantages. But there are not so few disadvantages. It's not the first time I've come across the wrong price tags. Today, they answered me quite arrogantly that they would not refund the difference. Baby milk is still in April, today is May 25th. It's rare to wait for something fresh. The bread is the freshest on May 22nd. This is the norm for the Belmarket!!! So today I was asked to tell the manager to hire more cashiers, because there are very few active ones and they do not have time to cope with their duties, and meanwhile several people were walking in the store, the cash registers were empty, the cashiers were safely standing talking. At this pace, of course, it is not possible to do anything in time.
So they also sold an expired drink to a child! I will definitely contact all possible authorities to visit this store!

There is a choice of vegetables-fruits, bread-pastries, beer-juices-water. Cooking is not very good in quality, if compared with the neighboring Crown. The staff is pleasant, responsive, always suitable if you call, will help and prompt without further ado.

I've been going to this store for 5 years now. The only advantage is the proximity to home.
Over the past 2 years, the store has "deteriorated".
The choice leaves much to be desired. It is not always possible to find the desired product.
It feels like prices are rising faster in the Belmarket than in other stores. The same Crown is now more affordable than this store.
The quality of cooking and baking has deteriorated recently. Very sorry. I used to love buying pastries here. Now the size of the puffs and buns has decreased to "two bites", and the price for these "two bites" has skyrocketed.
I have a contradictory opinion about the staff. There are two favorite cashiers who have been working here for years, they are always friendly and courteous.
For the last year, I've been watching the store hire "dubious" individuals. For some reason, these cashiers thought that the Chameleon card was created so that it would be more convenient for them to give change when the buyer pays in cash. When they refuse to withdraw points from the card (not a couple of kopecks for a minute, and sometimes even amounts more than a couple of rubles), they react by rolling their eyes and a dissatisfied face, and give change (as if on purpose) with a handful of small coins. Cashiers often punch fruits and vegetables at a price higher than indicated on the price tag. This behavior pushes away from visiting the store, the choice is made in favor of other stores, even if you have to walk 10-15 minutes longer than to the Belmarket. If you still have to go there, then carefully choose the cashier where to pay for purchases, depending on the "favorite" and "unloved" cashier.
Summarizing all that has been written, I give the store 3 stars, 2 for the location, 1 for individual cashiers who are pleasant to me.
