A good store, after repair it began to look better, there are self-service cash desks (although only cashless). There is a good assortment of ice cream, which is not typical for such small shops. The only drawback is kilometer-long queues, but with the advent of self-service ticket offices, queues have almost disappeared. I advise you!

A good store. We constantly visit it, because it is within walking distance. It is very convenient to come and go. The assortment is decent, there are always promotions and discounts. The staff is polite, usually the service is attentive and fast. From the comments, very often only one cash register works in the hall, which creates an inconvenience in the midst of store attendance - a crowd of people and a queue. On demand, they usually open a second cash register, but this is not a very good moment. It's just that people are rushing home after a hard day's work and, of course, it's unpleasant.

The store left the worst impression! When making purchases on 12/19/2021, the sellers simply refused to sell the goods on display to me 🤷🏻♀️ In the meat department (which, by the way, is always a mess and the meat is not fresh), when I tried to buy 1 chicken fillet, I was refused, due to the fact that there were only 2 fillets left in the sale, I was offered either to take 2 fillets (provided that I needed 1 chicken fillet)or leave with nothing. At the same time, the sellers did not apologize for the inconvenience, did not try to smooth out the conflict in any way. Despite the fact that the refusal to sell the goods on the counter is illegal and is a direct violation of consumer rights. In this regard, I turned to the cashier for a book of comments and suggestions, and the cashier (the only one who behaved competently that day) clarified what the problem was and invited the administrator. The administrator brought a book of comments and suggestions, asked me if I knew how to fill it out, but did not specify what the problem was, did not apologize and did not try to smooth out the conflict. When writing a complaint, the seller came up to me and said I:"Of course, that's what they told you, because the sellers are then obliged to buy back the remaining meat." After that, I decided to look at an example of a previous complaint in order to make sure that a signature is required at the end of the complaint. Literally a minute later, the seller came running, told me not to leaf through the book, but to write my complaint and secure the previous pages of the book with paper clips, blocking my access to them, which also violates my rights. In addition, the book of comments and suggestions was not filled out (it was not numbered, dates were not put down), the complaint number was assigned by me independently. I am looking forward to a written response to my complaint left in the book of comments and suggestions. I hope it will be provided within the time limits stipulated by law.

There are always queues, the store is small, but very convenient. The staff is polite, always, well, almost. The choice of goods is optimal, they studied the patterns of supply and demand. Queues at the checkout on weekends and weekdays "after work"! Bread and a loaf of Minsk bread.factories, and even not rifled-it is difficult to buy, and in the evening, after work, it is practically impossible! But the shaft is rifled: both regional and republican. The prices on the trading floor for the goods do NOT ALWAYS correspond to what "breaks through" at the checkout, in favor of the store, of course. The cost of some goods cannot be checked using an electronic device in the hall-the device simply does not read the information from the barcode on the product. There are still enough customers who are not satisfied with this and return the goods by looking at the receipt after payment at the checkout, AND THIS is from month to month, REGULARLY! The price of EACH product MUST BE rechecked if you do not want to overpay!
