I definitely give the highest rating to the gas station itself, because it is always clean and tidy both in the surrounding area and inside. The staff is very friendly, attentive and courteous. But I would pay more attention to the access road to the gas station. Periodically, there is a large pothole that has already been patched up, but for how long?)))...

I have known this gas station for a long time, and I must say that its level of service has constantly increased and from a simple cash register with a nearby display case with industrial goods, it has moved to a higher level of service and now there is both a toilet and a minimarket.And given its location, the presence of a toilet is of great strategic importance, no less on the scale of the person who needs it than the Guam military base for the United States.

Yesterday I stopped at the gas station at 20 00. It was -12 outside. There were two cars on each column. I waited for 15 minutes. It's my turn. I go inside the gas station and observe the picture. Two gas station employees, one at the cash register, which by the way is one!, the second warms a German doughnut with apricots,. There is a girl standing near the cash register :for whom this doughnut is trying to pay with a card, and it doesn't work out, then there's grandpa, then another guy, then me. We wait patiently, for a minute or two, the grandfather can't stand it first: "Why is it taking so long? Why is there only one cash register?" To which he receives the answer: "What questions do you have for me? There's a helpline hanging on the wall, take it and call. I'm already tired of listening to everyone in a day." I conclude to myself that we are not the first.. Well, well. And I say, "Why call, you can write.. Do you have a suggestion book?" I wish I hadn't told you. The dude looked at me like I was an enemy of the people. It's obviously hooked. But not the point . Everything was resolved, everyone dispersed, thoughts remained. One of them is that, it turns out, before the modernization of the gas station, everything was simpler.. more transparent or something, more conflict-free.. the operator accepted the money or the card and there were no queues or conflicts. Yes, actually. Looking at how the BELORUSSNEFT gas station network is being modernized, I would like to ask:" And what are the big shots? And how much was washed?"
