I've been going to this gas station for the 5th year.Everything was fine until 2020.Now 75% of the personnel who do not meet the requirements and knowledge while at their workplace work there. One operator says that it is impossible to fill two types of fuel 92 and 95 at once from one column using the card, they say that this can be done only for cash.The next day I arrived with cash and asked to fill up with 92 and 95 gasoline from one pump.To which I was told that it was not possible to refuel at all, they say, first filled up one type of toplev, and then run to them again at the checkout and pay for the second type.Having insisted on my own, I still made sure that everything is possible!A couple of days later I came to vacuum the car.They managed to connect the vacuum cleaner from the 4th time, and all 4 times I went from the vacuum cleaner to the cashier.When changing the card to a new one, I clarified: do I need to re-register? I was told I did NOT NEED TO, ALL DATA IS AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED!!I decided today to look at my bonuses, because during this period I purchased 95 liters of fuel for 100 liters.And what I see is that registration is required!!It turns out that the employee of this gas station gave disinformation and all my bonuses were gone.
