On 10/15/2021, I stopped at the gas station-52 at Gursky 24A. After paying, returning to the car right in front of my eyes, the gun flies out of the tank and pouring a jet of gasoline on the car falls to the asphalt. If I had arrived 2-3 seconds earlier, I would have been doused with gasoline. The tension of the gun's hose turned out to be too high. The gas station employees refused to accept a request for a faulty column, as well as refused to recognize its breakdown. For them, such hose tension is the norm. However, for the first time in 20 years of driving experience, my gun jumps out of the tank, and I am inclined to believe that the column is still that this is not the norm. I am already silent about the fact that they did not apologize to me (the law of service) and did not offer a car wash (the gas station has its own car wash, out of decency it would be possible to offer, again, a service ...). But it turned out to be much easier for gas station employees to be rude to me and make me feel guilty. Of course, there were no gloves or paper towels on the column. Of course, there is no desire to return after such a service. The management of Belorusneft, pay attention to the current trends in service (although I am definitely convinced that you do not pay attention to this) - there are already gas stations at some competitors' gas stations and payment is made after refueling, while the price of gasoline is the same there (according to ethical standards, I do not specify competitors' gas stations). You don't even trust customers and you can't turn on a full tank without a collateral value – go back and forth several times and make refunds if you pay by card. This is not a service. It was impossible to stay in the car from the smell of gasoline, I had to go to an unplanned car wash at my own expense. I contacted Belarusneft with an electronic appeal, the answer is: You are guilty, you violated the rules of the gas station, the company's management sees no reason to give you a car wash. The fish rots from the head. The client's card is in the trash and not a foot in the green!
