At the checkout I asked the operator:is there any advertising brochure for the Belorusneft mobile application that would help me figure out how to link a bank card and pay for refueling without the participation of an operator. The girl immediately told me that there is no mobile application in the company. You can only pay by PAYMENT. Next, she asked another operator, who began to explain to me that there is only a DRIVEPAY application. As it turned out, we were talking about the same application. The name of the app is the only thing I learned from him. Question: why does the client need information about the name of the application (in the play store it is called Belorusneft) if the operators can't help with anything else!!!?? Please contact the marketing service: conduct training and advertise your own, not someone else's, application.
