I was left with a very strange impression of visiting this place.
Things and clothes are top class! The choice is great! The sellers in the department of everything for the home are nice and responsive, they will help and prompt.
But the sellers in the clothing department are just terrible, they all seemed to have PMS on the day and moment of arrival. I remember only 1 responsive one with a pigtail.
The things are cool, we came here from another country to get them. But the staff... The seller saw that I was choosing things, hanging them on my other hand, because all the fitting rooms were occupied, by the way, for such a large store there are only 3 fitting rooms, this is quite small, so, seeing that I choose clothes, the seller offers me to hang everything back😕
Next, we tried everything on, because I adore flax, I was going to take everything that would fit, because it is not known when I will still get into Belarusian flax. We found a skirt-shorts in the discount department, sat down as if it had been sewn on me, put it on without any problems, flew in with a whistle, but it was time to fasten, and the seam near the zipper was slightly torn. I tried it on, I liked everything, but this marriage or the carelessness of other visitors, I began to doubt, because I had to pay 3k Russian rubles, and then also give it to the atelier for 1k more, sorry, but this is too much. We went to the cashier, to clarify, maybe they will throw off at least a little, because the thing is good, but I don't really want to take a low-quality thing for the full amount. As a result, they told us at the checkout that we allegedly broke up because they did not have a marriage, and we ask for a discount. Excuse me, but if people tear something up, spoil it, etc. in stores, they do not approach the sellers and do not say that they have ruined the thing, because they understand that they will need to pay. Okay, they didn't take a skirt-shorts, it's a shame, I still remember them. Then I decided to take a couple of things anyway, there was no price tag on the skirt, I didn't notice it when I took it, because I only looked at the size of the skirt, which I prescribed on the patch, label. Well, they also attributed the loss of the price tag to me.
I would have put 5, but I'm lowering it because of the staff, it was unpleasant.

Замечательный магазин: красивый и внешне, и внутренне, вместительный, с большим ассортиментом, с хорошими примерочными, приветливыми девушками-продавцами, есть уголок с кафетерием, стоянка для машин... Каждый год ездим в данный магазин за покупками из другого города - это уже традиция: то за одеждой, то за тканями (лён сложен в пошиве, но такие классные шторы получаются!), то за полотенцами, наволочками и простынями, пледами, шарфами, сумками, обувью. Из-за того, что льняные вещи в почёте, качество на отлично, да и это ходовые размеры - 42, 44, 46 - их расхватывают, как горячие пирожки, мне в последнее время ничего не достаётся... ))) Стоимость льняных вещей, конечно, немного "кусачая" (хотя, понимаю, что обосновано - нужно вырастить сырьё, обработать, пошить). Возможно, хотелось бы каких-то акций, да и постоянным покупателям каких-то скидок, бонусов, дисконт... ))) В наличии есть отдел женской и мужской одежды, льняные вещи для дома, ткани, игрушки, было б замечательно, если б появился отдел одежды и для детей. Если вдруг случится такая ситуация, что нужно будет вернуть товар, то его возврат можно осуществить только в магазине, где была осуществлена покупка (что крайне не удобно), хотя, в Беларуси есть сеть таких магазинов в разных городах. Нет единой базы: когда в наличии нет какой-то вещи или размера, то узнать, есть ли она в другом близлежащем городе, магазине не представляется возможным, только при личном посещении или звонке. В принципе, есть и плюсы, и минусы, но больше положительного, поэтому ставлю 5 ⭐.

Очень калорийный магазин одежды. В него даже кафейня встроена. Фирменный магазин крупного, городообразцющего предприятия. Оформление и внутри и наружи очень красивое. Не хвотоет только просто льняных тканей и, главное, низких цен.
Меня интересовала только кофейня, включить ее в свой 100% как бы не существующий литературный клуб.
