It's a pity that such a disgusting place has to put one star. I would like less. But about everything in order.
We booked a suite 4 months before arrival. They wanted to make an advance payment, but the administrator refused to make an advance payment, since they do not work with her. During these 4 months, we called and confirmed the reservation several times, the last time 5 days before arrival. In 3 days, the administrator called and asked if they should wait for us. Everything was confirmed. As a result, in less than a day, at lunch, we received a call and were told that our room would be available only a day after the arrival date, and we would need to leave three days earlier. We talked to the head himself, and in a very rude way they told us "We did not promise you anything, you did not make an advance payment." Although they do not take an advance payment, they only book rooms. Even then, I should have realized that it was not worth going to this terrible place.
When we arrived, we were shocked by the abandoned look of this "recreation center". Even my husband, who had seen a lot in his life, stood with round eyes and looked at the "landscapes" in the style of the USSR, and the child refused to leave the car.
Everything that is written on the site is a lie. The rooms are not cleaned at all (not once in 7 days). In the suite, there are only 3 plates and 2 faceted glasses from the promised dishes and appliances. The toilet is dirty, as if it was last washed 20 years ago (photo attached, do not look impressionable). The sofa was also dirty, stained with stains of unknown origin. The canteen only worked for 3 days, then it closed. The beach is in disrepair (like the rooms themselves), unkempt, there is 1 catamaran and broken boats, it's scary to look at. That's all there is to entertainment. There is no medical worker or pharmacy at the base. On the fourth day of my stay, my child came down with a fever under 40 and a terrible intestinal infection. The administrator had nothing in the first-aid kit except antipyretic and charcoal, it was 27 km to the nearest pharmacy (in Berestye, the pharmacy does not swallow every day), and you need to go to Brest 40 km to the hospital. Draw your own conclusions.
The price of the suite was 140 rubles. And this is for a dirty toilet, stripped wallpaper and a sofa stained with unknown things. If you want to spoil your vacation, then feel free to choose this recreation center.
We have no complaints about the administrators. Very nice girls, they always tried to help us, but, unfortunately, there is a deeper problem here.

We booked a room for four (4 beds, separate). The price is 150 rubles/day. Of course, they didn't count on anything supernatural... But when we arrived there, we were shocked: dust and sand on the floor and table, the toilet is just brown from rust, the shower (tray) is rusty. I had to wash the floor myself, because there was simply no one to do it.
Among the advantages: a kettle, a small refrigerator (but not in all rooms), a wardrobe, a toilet/shower, an old small TV.
There are gazebos on the territory (tables, near some there is a barbecue), there is nothing for children (the old playground is in poor condition). The beach is small, smooth entrance into the water, not deep. There are toilets.
You can relax with tents on site.
There are no lanterns (in any case, I did not see any working ones).
You can eat in the dining room only if there is special service, but for a fee. There is a cafe where you can buy belyashi/chebureks, alcohol, ice cream, chocolate, water/ cola/fanta, napkins, etc. Naturally, the prices are higher than in the store.
In general, if you go on vacation with a company, you can book a room (just to sleep). But I would not recommend traveling with children if you do not take food with you at all times. Well, if the children can take care of themselves.

What can I say about the White Lake recreation center, which belongs to a Belarusturist. I was very glad to return to my childhood. For about 40 years, Naz went to a pioneer camp near Minsk. The houses are exactly the same. Yes, hot water was carried out and a toilet was installed. But what century are we living in? You can relax there, but in order to be there you need a huge amount of vodka. That's what the guests do. They came to relax. Yes, it's a good dining room. Not a bad menu. One can imagine our surprise when upon arrival we saw that the base was practically empty. I don'T understand why this happened. .. In whose interests is it not to settle people in an empty base for health improvement? Nevertheless, I want to say that it is good to rest there. Lake, forest, air. Nice staff. I would like to mention Natalia Zenina and Vladimir Nekrasov. These people are excellent professionals and sincerely try to do their best for your wonderful vacation. Thanks to them.Separately, I want to say kind words to the woman working in the buffet. We have been seeing her for several years at this workplace and she is always on top of service. By the way, the coffee there is very good. I really want the base to flourish as it once did before and everything possible has been done to bring the 1st building out of desolation. It seems like repairs are underway there-there are scaffolding against the walls. It is very important that the citizens can come, relax and breathe the pine air, swim on a boat and just in the lake.

3. They wanted to roast meat on the grill, they said the barbecues were paid and gazebos and tables. Everything on the territory is paid except the beach) Gazebo with barbecue 3 hours 15 p . A brazier that falls apart for 10 r 3 hours (we had to prop up the bottom of it with a log so that the coals would not fall out) . Firewood from 5 to 10 rubles . It's up to the guard to decide)
4. This is the dining room!! We signed up for breakfast in the evening! We were not told what the cost is and what will happen) We thought at least there would be a choice or there would be a price list on arrival and what to eat for breakfast . We were seated at a table with 4 pieces of cheese and 2 pieces of butter (flies were sitting on it) . 6 pieces of loaf . 3in1 coffee or tea . And they brought us the cherished , hard , terribly not tasty pasta and one circle of sausage . And the cost of breakfast was announced to us when we drank coffee and ate only a mug of sausage 16 rubles. I do not recommend this recreation center for such money. The cost of breakfast of 4 rubles is the ceiling. In general, for this money it's a complete horror there are places much better and more pleasant than this.

We go to this campsite every year. And the directors change every year. But it doesn't get any better. They seem to be trying to improve the territory. Paid gazebos have been introduced, you can rent a barbecue and so on. But the desolation is as it was. Special questions about nutrition. Terletsky is in charge of this issue. And thanks to him, there is only pain with nutrition. If in 2021 the food was tasteless, then this year it is a shock! There is no hot food at all. Yes! For example, on June 18 and 19, the dining room from the word did not work at all. Applications for breakfast-lunch-dinner were not accepted for this reason. As we were told on the spot-there is nothing and no one to carry food. Can you imagine?!On weekends, when a stream of people comes to relax and are ready to pay for the service, the authorities do not have the opportunity to fulfill their direct duty-to feed. I'm not talking about cultural events. There used to be discos for children and adults. It was fun. Now the neglect.
But you can't fool the people. Nearby, a 7-minute walk along the shore, there is the Electron campsite And all the people from the White Lake campsite go there to eat and have fun. There are even bicycles for rent there. Question. Why is it possible to deliver hot food products there? Maybe it would be possible to negotiate with the delivery of the necessary supplies to two bases? Or here's the question. If there is a dining room, then why can't you bring dumplings, dumplings, cheese, potatoes, sour cream? We need water, pots, refrigerators, spices. It can always be cooked and served without loading. Dumplings can be made without sour cream at the very least!))
Very, very sorry and all this is frustrating. But by the way, if we talk about the good, then you can take a boat, a catamaran. The people at the entrance, at the buffet, at the rental are cultured and attentive.
I really hope for better changes.
PS: The photo shows vacationers who, according to the director, do not want to eat. And this is part of the people, because others have gone to the notorious Electron, are walking, staying in rooms or riding.

It's not super yet, but it's already pleasing.But it is still impossible to get through to the base and book seats. For example, you are going to spend a weekend with a company on White. And you can't get through. What to do? Whether to take kebabs and other things with them for the evening. After all, as a rule, there is no way on the lake without it?)) So you go, and on the spot you already take the numbers and send a messenger back to Brest for all this. And it's still 70 km there and back. Can you explain why it is difficult to pick up the phone? Hello! We had a rest in August 2021. We booked a room by phone. There were no places on the site. Everything is more or less pretty in the photo. But in reality there are a lot of flaws. Arriving earlier than 14.00 it was a mistake. It's still not worth going in advance. But then the adventures began. The rooms were not cleaned and the check-in only took place after 2 hours. And then I had to ask to be cleaned again, because it was terribly cleaned (The terminal did not work and I had to go to the Berestye sanatorium to withdraw cash to pay for the room. There were nuances in the rooms themselves, too. The service wants the best. The canteen was open by appointment and payment for breakfast/lunch/dinner. But everything was strictly on the menu, i.e. I couldn't choose anything. Since we were charged with rest and positivity, respectively, we rested well. We found a way out in different situations. But for other visitors, I would like to warn you that there may be nuances here and that you should be ready for them. We lived in the first building on the 1st floor.

The lake has clear water, which makes swimming especially pleasant. There is a small beach. The nature in this place is especially beautiful. Sailing by boat or catamaran, you can get to two other lakes. As for accommodation, the rooms are suitable only for spending the night there. There is not always hot water, but on Saturdays all day (but from Friday to Sunday, at the time I needed, it was always there). It is better to take drinking water with you, because the tap water is not suitable for drinking, there is also a bottle of water at the reception. You can ask the receptionist for an electric kettle. The food can be called "like at home", i.e. everything is quite simple, but tasty and satisfying. The base itself resembles an old Soviet camp. The rest was overshadowed by the eternal presence of "representatives" of the leadership anywhere (a blonde, short-haired woman, according to available information, who is not an employee of the organization, but the wife of someone from the leadership), as well as her some inappropriate actions for such persons.

The administrator is terrible, constantly yelling and can't explain anything, and it's also problematic to get through to them. We were checked in for 2 hours, the room was not cleaned and they started cleaning it last, thanks to the administrator, who could not organize the work correctly.
If you are a member of a trade union, if you have a certificate, you will get a 25% discount on the number. The rooms in the old building are simply nightmarish, the scoop requiring immediate repair, especially the bathroom in which water pours with sand.
There is a dining room on site where you can eat by paying in advance at the buffet at least 2 hours before serving. The cost of one meal is 8 rubles per person. There is also a buffet where you can quickly have a snack with sausage in dough, buttermilk, etc. There are beer, sweets, drinks, coffee, tea.
Parking and gazebos on the territory are paid.
The beach is small, the water is clean, the nature is magnificent, but the territory needs repair.

The impression is bad. The rooms are not cleaned (only for an additional fee), there is not even an electric kettle in the rooms. They give out one small towel per person. The meals stated on the website as supposedly three meals a day are completely absent. Fortunately, there is an Electron recreation center nearby and you could go there to eat. There are no ropes on the balconies for drying towels and bathing accessories. I do not recommend this recreation center!
