The head of the OPS does not distinguish between the words "forwarding" and "sending", demanding money for the issuance of a postal item already paid by the sender, they demanded to write some kind of statement, not understanding its essence themselves, they demanded the original order issued a year and a half ago, they did not ask for a passport... How to work by bank transfer - they do not know how to purchase envelopes from them by bank transfer - they do not know. In general, the USSR collapsed everywhere, and in ops 82 it is at the very dawn. I wholeheartedly sympathize with pensioners - customer orientation is zero.
