The work is disgusting, the delivery is irresponsible and there is no respect for customers. I ordered courier delivery to the apartment, three days later at 9.30 am I receive an SMS that delivery is possible from 9 to 13, that is, delivery could be half an hour earlier than SMS. I was waiting for the delivery from 9 to 13 at home, but it never happened. At 17 o'clock, an unknown number calls me and says that they tried to deliver the delivery at 13.30 and now ask for 4.0rubles for repeated delivery, although there was no attempt to deliver the parcel within the specified time, as well as a call from the courier. If it would be possible to put 0 stars, I would definitely put it.

The package from Ukraine goes on for a month. Judging by the tracking, 2 days from Kiev to Minsk, 3-4 days at customs, and THREE WEEKS in Minsk!!! I understand that Belpost does not pay a PO and no one wants to work, but not to the same extent! The desk will fall apart. It is better to send through private mail services!
