I spent 58 minutes in this department to buy envelopes.
During these 58 minutes, the staff was able to serve only 4 people...
I recommend that if there is a better opportunity to go to other branches, it may be faster to go to a branch in another city.
It is not clear why there is a separation of services in the electronic queue, if you still stand at the same checkout. And a visitor who only needs to buy an envelope and pay with a card has to wait about an hour while one employee tries to accept several parcels or a stack of shipments from another visitor .
Despite the fact that so far one employee is unable to receive shipments, the second one has to be distracted from his work by helping the first one.

A good department. The staff are polite and helpful. The only thing is that there is not a very large selection of office supplies - last year I bought here for kindergarten. This fall, many items were missing - cardboard, colored paper, coloring books. And parcels from China do not arrive at this post office, you have to go to the Ural one.

Terrible service
A young specialist is sitting at the checkout, usually it takes no more than 5 minutes to send letters, and 20 minutes were spent there.
2 cashiers at the moment, there wasn't even a whole room of people at work.
The janitor was rude because they were just standing in line and the room was small, and you couldn't turn around anyway
