The most terrible department in Minsk. Employees are rude and do not do the work they should do and for which they receive money. A disgruntled employee was sitting, and with a stony face she told me that the tape was not glued the way it should be, and asked me to peel it off. When I asked why, when I send parcels to other branches, everyone is satisfied, she told me that they do not work correctly. The staff is terrible, I do not recommend this department. This post office is the most convenient in the area and maybe even more! Parcels are accepted all days! What is this?? A miracle! Electronic queue at the ticket office. Separate ticket offices. And separately the delivery of parcels. Of course, the staff could have been more attentive and more friendly. But let's not hide it, it happens to everyone. Although, according to international parcels, girls need to improve their knowledge. They tell it very confusingly and without some nuances. And then something turns out to be wrong. They add jobs to themselves. But on the whole, everything is fine. Here's another way to make an e-mail in the delivery of parcels. And then all sorts of boorish people come without a queue. It would be a fairy tale. But even so, this is the best thing I've seen! Well done!
