Of the four windows, there are only two "working" windows, of which only one actually works, because the employee of the second window is busy with anything but customer service. The staff is more than adequate. Polite, they answer questions. In order to avoid problems with calling a ticket, you need to take a ticket corresponding to the service. We visit there very often, there are no complaints.
