First of all, the staff tries to serve customers quickly and efficiently. I waited for 10 minutes, picked up the parcel and went on about my business, if the grandfathers knew how to pay for utilities via the Internet, or someone helped them, everything would be faster, I think. The location is good and it is convenient to walk from Minsk-Mira. The work schedule is divine, even on Saturdays it works, which pleasantly surprised me. The staff is just great. There are no complaints about this.
Cons: it is impossible to get through
Two working windows cannot serve such a huge area. This is some kind of mockery of both employees and visitors. Minsk World needs a separate post office
