I ordered a seminar + a book. The book was NOT supposed to be delivered to the mailbox, I myself had to come with my passport and pick up the parcel. As a result, I found the book in a torn envelope with crumpled edges and crumpled corners. The head of this department assured that the postman definitely did not force the book into the box (although the book should not have been delivered to the box at all according to the rules of the mail itself.) we lifted the cameras in the entrance, it turned out that the postman was the same supervisor who talked to me. If I find a video (it was more than a year ago), I will add a review, although in general I sent this video in a written message through the Belpost website itself - there was no written response, although I indicated the address where to send a written response on the measures taken with a full description of the situation). So she forcefully shoved the envelope into the drawer, although even on the video it was obvious that the book did not climb from one edge and it was from this edge that the parcel was most damaged. The same girl refused to do an official autopsy of the parcel twice, both the first and the second time when I came, since in the case of such an autopsy, the post office would reimburse the damage.
There is an opinion that postmen enjoy topographical cretinism (and residents of Borovaya suffer), because I do not see any other reasons besides this, why letters that should reach Aviation 10-11 are constantly lying in the lobby of Heavenly 11. Or there is a letter in my mailbox that should be in the next house (the apartment numbers and streets match, the houses are different). Moreover, letters are from the tax service, then from the traffic police, then from the FSZN. The only thing that pleases is the girls at the checkout in the post office itself, they are always friendly, they will tell you everything and help. But I try not to use the mail services, because the reliability is the same as if the letters were just passed by passers-by among themselves.

I took the ticket at 9:35, and was accepted at the window only at 10:34. I stood for an hour with the operation, which is performed in 2 minutes (pick up the mail). Only one of the 3 existing windows was working. There are no complaints about the employee in the third window, rather a question to the boss. Do you lack the competence or complaints to hire another employee and put him in the 2nd window? Because according to the employee's answer to my question "Do you have any more employees?", she replied "Yes, no." Then remove the device with coupons from the compartment, it makes no sense if all operations, whether they are for 40 minutes or 2 minutes, are processed in one queue.
